I thought NTFS did not fragment?

Unfortunately that is not quite true. Every file system fragments.
Fragmentation always occurs during the last stages of the drive
filling up and often occurs much earlier. Microsoft has recognized that NTFS fragments, and now includes a
so called "Disk Defragmenter" in their latest Windows versions.
The easiest way to check whether your hard drives are fragmented, is to download the
